A Milwaukee Brewers fan who told an Los Angeles Dodgers fan she’d “call ICE” on him has reportedly been fired from her job.

The incident was captured on a video recorded Tuesday night during Game 2 of the National League Championship Series between the two teams. As the Dodgers were growing their lead en route to a 5-1 victory, a Dodgers fan — later identified as Ricardo Fosado — decided to make a video mocking the Brewers fans around him.

“Why’s everybody quiet?” Fosado said as he turned the camera to showed a crowd of dejected Brewers fans. “Why’s everybody quiet?”

The woman, who was identified as Shannon Kobylarczyk, then yelled, “Real men drink beer, pussy!” At the time, Fosado was holding a can of the spiked beverage Happy Thursday. Undeterred, Fosado continued asking why everyone around him was quiet.

Then, Kobylarczyk said, “You know what? I’m gonna call ICE.” Fosado encouraged her to do so, stating that he was a U.S. citizen and a veteran.

“ICE is not gonna do nothing to me!” Fosado responded. “Good luck!”

Fosado continued telling Kobylarczyk to call ICE before eventually calling her a “fucking idiot.”

According to a Wednesday report from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the exchange cost Kobylarczyk her job:

The woman in the video is Shannon Kobylarczyk and her employer Manpower Group, a Milwaukee-based staffing company, confirmed Oct. 15 that she is “no longer with the organization.” She also resigned from her role on the board of directors at Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, the organization confirmed Oct. 15.

Fosado said in the report that Kobylarczyk reported him to security and he was escorted out. Prior to the incident, he said the trash talk was between himself and Brewers fans “wasn’t disrespectful.” Despite Kobylarczk taking things a step further with her ICE remark, Fosado felt she shouldn’t have been fired.

“I don’t think it was like horrible or something that should get her fired. I feel bad for her,” Fosado said. “We cannot be judged on one mistake and a lot of emotions were involved. It was just hurt feelings, nobody physically hurt anybody.”
