Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs had little sympathy for CNN reporter Jim Acosta after he was shouted down at a Trump rally in Tampa on Tuesday.

Referring to him as a “national left-wing media correspondent,” he accused Acosta of “whining after being heckled by Trump supporters” while trying to make his “very important” broadcast.

“Apparently, he was triggered somewhat. Triggered,” Dobbs said, not holding back on the scorn.

“Later on, Acosta blamed President Trump. And quote, unquote media for the incident, tweeting this,” Dobbs continued on.

Then, mustering up his best mocking dramatic voice, Dobbs read from Acosta’s tweet: “Just a sample of the sad scene we faced at the Trump rally in Tampa.”

“I’m very worried that the hostility whipped up by Trump,” he read on, stopping to scold tell Acosta, “That would be President Trump to you, sir!”

Then continuing on with Acosta’s words: “And some in conservative media will result in somebody getting hurt. We should not treat our fellow Americans this way. The press is not the enemy.”

“Acosta has made a judgement there,” he said with a laugh. “It is kind of interesting. Acosta’s tweet ignoring the fact that CNN promotes the radical Dem agenda and endlessly attacks President Trump and his supporters, and he’s awfully delicate to be in this racket. Very delicate indeed.”
