New Mexico State Attorney General Raul Torrez (D) wants to block Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime lawyer and accountant from getting any payments from the financier’s $100 million estate — and has accused the pair of concealing Epstein’s notorious sex trafficking operation at the pedophile’s Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe.

Torrez filed suit Wednesday against attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn, accusing the men of being aware of the abuse unfolding at the more than 7,000-acre ranch just south of Santa Fe, according to the Associated Press.

The AG’s office said money in Epstein’s hefty estate amounts to “resources [that] rightfully belong in the hands of survivors.”

Word of the lawsuit comes about a month after it emerged that Indyke and Kahn are being probed by the Justice Department. 

The Wall Street Journal, which reported the probe last month, had been unable to determine exactly what the two men were being investigated for.

Indyke and Kahn have long denied any knowledge of their client’s sex trafficking operation and testified as such during a Congressional committee. Epstein’s operation extended well beyond New Mexico to include at least Florida, Manhattan and Epstein’s private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The two men have been handling Epstein’s estate since his Aug. 10, 2019, death when he took his own life in a Manhattan jail cell.

They’re in line to collect big bucks from the work, according to The Journal, which cited documents showing Indkye could get a whopping $50 million and Kahn could collect a more modest $25 million.

The estate has also established a fund overseen by Indyke and Kahn, which has doled out more than $120 million to dozens of victims.

Only one person — Epstein’s madame, Ghislaine Maxwell — has faced criminal charges in the case. Maxwell is serving 20 years in prison for sex trafficking.
